- Consulting on the issue of housing and life insurance.

Dissemination of property through us is not the same guidelines as in England, and legislation that corresponds to Act on Real Estate, Law on the Disposal and the Law on Housing Listing does not exist in Spain. As a result, there is no requirement for liability insurance or guarantees. Reservation fee (usually 10%) will be put on a client account of a law firm, and will not be transferred until the purchase is carried through the Notary
